Tolga Murat Özdemir, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Kontek Enerji Group, is one of the leading figures shaping Türkiye’s energy transition. Under his visionary leadership, Kontek Enerji has become a standard-setting company in renewable energy, energy efficiency, digital automation, and 360-degree engineering solutions.

By pioneering Türkiye’s transformation in battery storage and grid flexibility, Özdemir launched the Maxxen Energy brand and became a founder of the emerging industrial structure in energy storage (BESS).
