Esra Bezircioğlu

Born in Istanbul in 1977, she graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Geophysical

Engineering. She’s married with two children.

Esra Bezircioğlu began her career in 1997 at the Yurtseven Group of Companies while still a

student. Without interruption, she subsequently held senior management positions at Canon –

Hesmak in 1998, Fujitsu in 2003, and Konica Minolta – Transteknik Holding in 2004, before

venturing into entrepreneurship. In 2006, she founded Tek Bilişim, and in 2015, she established

Edalp Bilişim. As of 2023, she has been in the business for 25 years, with significant experience

in office machinery, documentation management, technology consulting, sales, and company

management.

Esra Bezircioğlu also has entrepreneurial support investments in international funds and

actively participates in NGOs and volunteer-based associations. In 2010, she became a member

of the Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGİDER), and after serving actively on

its boards for eight years, she assumed the presidency of KAGİDER for the 2023-2025 term.

She was then re-elected president for the 2025-2027 period. Bezircioğlu is also a board member

of SEDEFED and TURKONFED, as well as the W20 Turkey Delegate
